The City of Lakeland Parks and Recreation Department will have tryouts next week for boys’ competitive basketball.
Kevin Rooney, director of the Parks and Rec Department, said boys in 4th and 5th grades can try for the Grace Athletic Crosscheck League.
The tryouts are Oct. 19 in the gym at Lakeland Elementary School (LES).
