Tickets go on sale today, March 26th for the 2021 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway under construction in Lakeland. The giveaway date for the Home is June 27th. The home is located in the Winstead Farms East subdivision at 5078 Moudry Lane, just off Highway 70. The $100 tickets are available by calling 1-800-224-6681 or by visiting dreamhome.org. Those who purchase tickets by midnight March 26th will be entered to win a couple’s package which includes eight club box seats to a Memphis Grizzlies game next season, a diamond bracelet and a $1,000 VISA gift card, courtesy of Regions Bank, James Gattas Jewelers and Pediatrics East.
The home, valued at $475,000 will feature a large covered patio with outdoor kitchen and fireplace, an open concept floor plan with a living area featuring gorgeous exposed beams and a kids playroom with a secret passageway. The house is an estimated 3,400 square feet. Southern Serenity Homes is the builder.
