The outdoor movie night at IH Clubhouse for this evening (October 24) has been cancelled due to weather. However, goodie bags will still be distributed to the kids that registered for the event. Lakeland City Manager, Shane Horn, sent out the following notice this morning.
“Due to the Michigan-like fall weather, we have cancelled the Movie-in-the-Park tonight at the Lamp. We will be setting up a drive-thru type system for distributing goodie bags for kids provided by our sponsors. This will be happening from 4:30-6:00pm at IH Park.
We will not be rescheduling for now based upon conflicts with our City schedules and our vendor. We will attempt this again in the spring. Have a good afternoon.”
