It is once again a perfect time to clear out the closets and attics get the house in order and participate in the Lakeland Yard Sale. It’s been going almost a decade now. It is this Saturday April 15th, 2023. Some participants will start selling Friday, but officially 7am Sat. Over 70 homes in city limits. The weather forecast looks good Friday pm and Saturday am with comfortable temps coming in and no rain until Saturday evening. There is no rain check date. Remember if you are selling you are responsible for getting out any signage and having it removed by Monday. Some people will start selling Friday morning and continue Saturday morning. Most participants stop by 2pm Saturday afternoon since the big rush of buyers comes by 10am Saturday morning. Several years ago, I started using a mapping link and it has been well received by sellers and buyers alike.
