Partnering with the Joint COVID-19 Task Force and the University of Memphis, the Shelby County Health Department (SCHD) has created a mask usage survey for feedback from the community.

“This survey will help us evaluate mask utilization in Shelby County during this current pandemic and will allow us to learn more about how we can improve our communication and education around wearing masks/facial coverings to protect from the COVID-19 virus,” said Joan Carr, public information officer for the SCHD.
The survey is anonymous and will only take about 5 minutes to complete, according to Ms. Carr.
