The City of Lakeland will be giving way 100 trees (oaks, tulips and more) this Saturday, March 20 from 11-2 to commemorate TN Tree Day and Arbor Day. The giveaway will take place at the IH Clubhouse (4523 Canada Road). Residents are encouraged to come pick up trees for your yard.
An added incentive to come out this year, you may place an advance order for a meal kit from Moe’s Southwest Grill and pick it up when you come for your trees between 11:00-noon. In case of inclement weather, you may pick up your food order inside the Clubhouse.
