An update on the Canada Road/I-40 wreck this morning (3.3.17):

As of 8:30 a.m., the crash scene was cleared and open to traffic.
Lakeland Currents reporters Wesley Wright and Carl Helton, along with photographer Jim Willis went to the scene early this morning.
Mr. Wright reported that Canada Road was blocked from Waffle House south to Fireworks City. There was no access to the bridge or ramps at the I-40 Canada Road exit 20. You were unable get on ramps going east or west or exit from I-40 going east or west.
Mr. Willis said a pickup truck crashed into the construction zone on the northeast corner of Canada Road at I-40.
