Lakeland motorists are being advised of a temporary road closure on Chambers Chapel Road beginning Tuesday, June 9, and continuing through Friday, June 12.
The closure will affect the section of Chambers Chapel Road between Chapel Hill Road and Memphis-Arlington Road as crews complete scheduled work in the area. Officials anticipate minimal traffic impacts, as the closure zone will be clearly marked and advance notifications have been provided to affected residents and motorists.
Essential services are expected to continue without interruption during the closure, including postal delivery, school bus transportation, law enforcement, emergency medical services, and trash collection.
Drivers are encouraged to plan accordingly and use alternate routes if necessary.
