Lakeland Girl Scouts will be among seven area troops collecting food tomorrow (2.2.19) for the Mid-South Food Bank at five Kroger locations.
Cindy Davis from Lakeland, troop leader #10338 and Tennessee North Suburban Service Unit Manager, said Girl Scouts from Lakeland and Arlington will be collecting at the following Kroger stores:
- Stonebridge Crossing Shopping Center – 9025 U.S. Highway 64 (across from Lakeland)
- Appling and Summer – 7615 Us Highway 70 in Bartlett
- Arlington – 11635 U.S. Highway 70
- Kirby Whitten – 2942 Kirby Whitten Rd
- Bartlett Towne Center – 5995 Stage Rd
“We have about 7 troops or 90 girls participating tomorrow,” said Mrs. Davis. “With the Super Bowl this weekend, we are anticipating a high number of donations.”
