The owners of the property at 9566 Maple Point Cove in Lakeland Estates are requesting a deviation of Lakeland Development Regulations.
They are asking for a 15-foot encroachment into the standard 30-foot front building façade setback to construct a two-story, single family residence.
On Thursday (7.19.18), the Municipal Planning Commission/Design Review Commission (MPC/DRC) meets at 5:30 p.m.
