A Lakeland property owner was granted a variance on his Lakeland Estates lot by the Board of Appeals/Stormwater Board of Appeals (BOA/SWBOA) during a meeting last night (1.22.19) at City Hall.
Charles W. McKee asked for a variance allowing a 10-foot encroachment into the standard 30-foot front building façade for his property at 9567 Maple Point Cove, lot 29 of the Lakeland Estates Subdivision.
The applicant wants to build a house on the oddly-shaped lot which narrows in width as it approaches Garner Lake. The house is to be one-story with a basement because of the topography of the land.
