Two New Leases Signed at The Lake District

The Lake District has announced the signing of two new leases today, October 28, 2020.

The two new additions are “Main Squeeze Juicery” and “Boba Society,” which according to the developer are both specialty food and drink retailers. Both are also locally owned and operated businesses.

Main Squeeze Juicery

According to a press release issued today, Main Squeeze Juicery is a new juice bar concept providing customers dine-in and take out services that offers customers nutritious and delectable menu items designed to nourish and fill up customers. Sourced with the highest quality ingredients, offerings include pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, smoothie bowls, salads and wraps, soups, healthy desserts, teas and juice cleanse programs. “We believe that health and wellness should be accessible and affordable to everyone and we hope to both educate and inspire our community to live a happy, healthy lifestyle through our offerings,” said the owner, Michael Moten.

Main Squeeze Juicery will occupy approximately 1,200 s.f. in phase one of the Lake
District’s inline retail bays now under construction.

BOBA Society

A second tenant, BOBA Society, is a unique milk and tea bar which will specialize in a variety of exceptional teas, blended drinks and Asian inspired snacks. Similar in concept to the famous New York “Dessert Milk Room”, the menu items will include fresh and hard to get ingredients like imported tea leaves, exotic fruits and juices that will be blended with the teas. Fresh Vietnamese coffees will be on the menu along with snack items such as Asian style street foods, Taiwanese chicken popcorn, tornado potatoes, Korean corn dogs and more. The BOBA Society will also be located in the inline Phase 1 retail and will occupy approximately 1,600 s.f.

Both Main Squeeze Juicery and BOBA Society will offer indoor and outdoor seating.

Phase 1 of The Lake District will open in the spring/summer of 2021.
