Two more candidates have pulled petitions for Lakeland November election

Two additional candidates have pulled petitions to run for Commissioner positions in the Nov. 6 Lakeland election, according to the Shelby County Election Commission website.

The deadline to file is noon Aug. 16.

Clark Plunk, a current member of the Board of Commissioners (BOC), has pulled a petition as has Michael Green.   Both are seeking a spot on the BOC.

There are six seats total up for grabs: three on the BOC, three on the Lakeland School Board (LSB).

The list of those running for office, to date, include:

BOC – Jeremy Clayton Burnett, 4020 Canada Rd Lakeland 38002 TN – 5/18/2018 pulled a petition

BOC – Judith Michele Dial, 9054 Breckenridge Cove Lakeland 38002 TN – 5/18/2018 pulled a petition

BOC – Clark Plunk, 3157 Clubview Cove N. Lakeland 38002 TN – 7/5/2018 pulled a petition

BOC – Michael Green, 9460 Trotter Dr. Lakeland 38002 TN – 7/9/2018 pulled a petition

 

Mayor- Michael Cunningham, 9465 Pleasant Ridge Rd Lakeland 38002 TN – 5/18/2018 pulled a petition; 6/26/2018 filed a petition

Mayor – Wyatt Bunker, 10220 Mays Glade Dr. Lakeland 38002 TN – 5/18/2018 pulled a petition

 

LSB – Deborah Thomas, 4056 Cypress Hill Cv Lakeland 38002 TN – 5/18/2018 pulled a petition; 6/29/2018 filed a petition

LSB – John Kevin Floyd, 10245 Oak Levee Dr Lakeland 38002 TN – 5/18/2018 pulled a petition
