The MPC/DRC (Municipal Planning Commission/Design Review Commission meets at 4 p.m. tomorrow (10.18.18) at City Hall.

Among items to be discussed is a preliminary development plan for The Lake District and a time extension for Arcadia Planned Development south of Memphis-Arlington Road and east of Seed Tick Road.
The IDB (Industrial Development Board) will have a special meeting at City Hall the same evening.

Members are to take action on a resolution seeking a time extension for The Lake District. There will also be a presentation by Lakeland Commons regarding the potential new development.
