The Lakeland Board of Appeals/Stormwater Board of Appeals (BOA/SBOA) and the Community Advisory Board (CAB) both meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday (1.21.20) at City Hall.

Coming before the Board of Appeals is a variance request to permit neighborhood office use (veterinary clinic) to be located on the ground floor of a building in a C-2 commercial district located adjacent to 8950 U.S. Highway 64, currently permitted in upper stories only. Also on the agenda is a request from the Delta Blues Winery to allow a brewery as an incidental use.
