Trash, closing schedules for holidays

Lakeland City

City Hall will be closed Dec. 24^th – 25^th for Christmas holidays. The Lakeland Senior Center will be closed Dec. 23^rd – Dec. 27^th except for jamming practice which will be from 2 – 4 p.m. Dec. 23^rd.

The trash schedule for Christmas week:  No trash service Dec. 25^th.  Wednesday will pick up Thursday, Thursday on Friday and Friday on Saturday.

For the following week of New Year’s, City offices will be closed Jan. 1^st.  Trash again will be delayed a day, with no pickup service Jan. 1^st.  Wednesday on Thursday, etc.

Lakeland School System

Lakeland schools are closed and will reopen Jan. 6^th.

The Lakeland School System central office is closed Dec. 24^th – 26^th and Dec. 31^st – Jan. 1^st.
