SHELBY COUNTY, I-240 MemFix 4: Replacement of Norfolk Southern, SR 57 east and westbound bridges, and repair of Park Avenue bridge over I-240.
I-240: There are shoulder closures in the westbound direction of I-240 east/west between Quince and Walnut Grove. The lane closures along I-240 east and westbound between Quince and Walnut Grove will stay in place throughout the project.
NIGHTLY CLOSURES are as follows:
Thursday, August 16, 9 p.m. until Friday, August 17, 6 a.m. – There will be one lane closed on westbound Poplar Avenue.
FULL CLOSURES are as follows:
- Friday, August 17, 9 p.m. until Monday, August 20, 6 a.m. – FULL CLOSURE of I-240 east and westbound and Poplar Avenue east and westbound.
- Friday, August 24, 9 p.m. until Monday, August 27, 6 a.m. – FULL CLOSURE of I-240 east and westbound and Poplar Avenue east and westbound.
- Friday, September 7, 9 p.m. until Monday, September 10, 6a.m. – FULL CLOSURE of I-240 east and westbound and Poplar Avenue east and westbound.
