A holiday-themed video has been released with the overture of The Lake District (TLD) grand opening symphony.
It is a preview to the full symphony which will be performed by an entire orchestra during the official opening ceremony for The Lake District next fall, according Yehuda Netanel, developer.
TLD at I-40 and Canada Road in Lakeland is a 160+ acre mixed use community under construction on Phase 1 of its retail and entertainment space. It is to open fall 2020 in time for holiday shopping.
The team is proud to present a holiday-themed video featuring an overture specially crafted to symbolize the beginning of construction, said Mr. Netanel.
”The music in the full symphony will reflect the innovative spirit of The Lake District, swelling with uplifting, powerful and dramatic notes,” said Mr. Netanel. “The symphony will evolve with The Lake District itself, culminating in the completion of a full symphony named after the project.”
Mr. Netanel, said every part of the mixed-use community will be incorporated into the final symphony. “All elements of the Lake District – from the scenic lake and walking trails, restaurants, entertainment, boutique shopping, unique housing, apartments and sophisticated architecture – manifest in the music,” he said.
Music is by Carlos Platon Tomes with Mr. Netanel as producer.
Businesses that have already signed on to be a part of the community include Malco Theatres, Starbuck’s, Germantown Wine & Liquor, Gould’s Salon & Spa, Elite Total Health, Hollywood Feed, BrickHouse Gym, Osaka Japanese Restaurant, and The Stock Market (grocery).
