Gilad Development Inc. announced today (7.16.18) a partnership of The Lake District (TLD) with Colliers International, a real estate services company.
Colliers will represent all office space for TLD while highlighting the high-end amenities, said Yehuda Netanel, founder and owner of Gilad.
“The collaboration is designed to complement and enhance the development of the The Lake District – a 160+ acre premier lifestyle community in Lakeland,” said Mr. Netanel.

The community is designed to offer luxury lifestyle living, while providing an upscale, personal experience through boutique retail and chef-driven restaurants, said Mr. Netanel. In addition to the residential spaces, the community will consist of 65,000 square-feet of Class A office space, making it a natural collaboration for Colliers.
