Flu Shots
Oct. 9th – 2-4 p.m. Walgreens will offer flu shots at City Hall located at 10001 Hwy 70. Bring picture ID and insurance card. Must register.

Oct. 15th – Noon. Movies: TBA. Call for movie title. Bring a friend and enjoy movie and popcorn. Feel free to bring your own snacks.
Six-Week Pottery Workshop
Thursdays: Oct. 17th, 24th, 31st and Nov. 7th, 14th, 21st – 10:30 a.m. Class is led by Adam Loeffel through Creative Aging. Cost is $30 due by October 1. Pay at LSC. Make check out to City of Lakeland. Limited space. RSVP. All supplies provided.
Craft Corner
Oct. 29th – 10 a.m. Join us as we make a Fall Leaf Bowl that will bring beautiful fall colors into your home. Cost is $3. Covers supplies provided for the craft. Pay on the day of event.
Halloween Potluck Luncheon
Oct. 30th – 11:30 a.m. – Featuring live entertainment provided by Creative Aging. DJ Christian Stanfield will turn back the hands of time to 1929 during his presentation, “Jazz Age Jukebox,” with a pair of hand wound, fully acoustic Victrola phonographs and a stack of records. Between songs he will tell stories and illustrate the history of American music. Lasagna provided. Must RSVP by calling (901) 746-8195. Best Halloween Costume wins prize.
