The Lake District has announced a new tenant. “Chosen Lines Boutique”, owned by Gabby Glenn and Autumn Glenn is in the Phase 1 of construction which is currently underway.
The store, comprised of 1,800 sf of retail will feature unique young women’s lines of clothing. They will offer an online shop and ship feature as well once they open.
About choosing The Lake District location, the owners stated they chose it due to the location and growth demographics. “We know how under served Lakeland is and there is so much growth happening in and around Lakeland that we want to be a part of it. Young families are flocking to Lakeland and our store will be a place where young women want to shop and hang out. We love the other co-tenants at the development and think it will be a draw for entertainment and shopping”. Also factored into their decision are the award winning, highly ranked schools in Lakeland.
This first phase of construction is slated to open in the spring of 2021. Following the retail construction will be 104 Townhouses. The Lake District is a 160-acre mixed-use residential, retail and entertainment development and the first “golf cart” community of it’s kind in the region.
