The Municipal Planning/Design Review Commission (MPC/DRC) will meet Monday (10.21.19) for the regular October meeting which was changed from Oct. 17th. It will be at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.

Action on two approvals for The Lake District:
PDP (Preliminary Development Plan) amendment for Phase 1A townhomes and Final Site Plan for Phase 1, outparcel lot 7 – Starbucks. In Phase 1A, the applicant is seeking to replace 64 single family residential units with 109 townhome units.
The third item to be discussed is approval for a revised landscape plan for the Econo Lodge at 9822 Huff N Puff Rd.
