Coming before the Commission is action on approval of a preliminary development plan and site plan for an ALDI grocery store which is to be part of The Collection at Lakeland PD located at the northeast corner of Canada Road and U.S. Highway 64.
Also on the agenda is action on approval of an outline plan, preliminary development plan and final plat for The Collection development at the same location.
A third item under new business is action on approval of a final subdivision plat for Winstead Farms PD, phase 2.
