Dr. Ted Horrell, Lakeland School System (LSS) superintendent, has announced a state award for Angie Delloso.
She was named the West Tennessee Grand Division Supervisor of the Year last week.
“Ms. Delloso is in her third year as Lakeland School System’s Director of Academics and Exceptional Learners, and effectively operates as the deputy superintendent for LSS,” said Dr. Horrell.
“She participated in a rigorous application and interview process that narrowed all of the applications in the state down to nine finalists. From those nine, three Grand Division winners were chosen, and then a State Supervisor of the Year was selected from that group of three.”

The award was presented to Ms. Delloso by Education Commissioner Candice McQueen.
