Tonight, the Lakeland Prep School band program will perform its second program in the new auditorium on the high school campus. Each program displays the progress that they have made over the last several months. With that progress the audience is rewarded with tunes of greater complexity and range. The LPS Band invites you to celebrate the winter season by joining them for their 2022 Winter Concert on Thursday, December 8, at 7:00 pm.
From the LPS Facebook page, “The Beginning Band, Concert Band, and Jazz Band will treat you to an evening of beautiful music in the gorgeous new auditorium. Admission is free with a $5.00 suggested donation to support the band program. The Beginning Band will be playing “Jingle Bells” and “Winter Winds.” Concert Band will play “Tuba Christmas,” “Horkstow Grange,” and “Night Before Christmas.”
