The Cheer Team from LMPS (Lakeland Middle Preparatory School) competed in the Worldwide Spirit Association (WSA) competition Sunday (1.27.19) and received two awards.
Kimber Rahm, LMPS physical education teacher and cheer sponsor, said the team won First Place in school non-tumbling divisions as well as “Most Creative” in school division.
The 20-member squad competed at the Landers Center in Southaven and is coached by Madeline Michelotti with Memphis Pride All Star Cheer & Dance.
