The faculty and staff at LES (Lakeland Elementary School) created a Virtual Faculty Parade and posted it to the LES Facebook page today (4.6.20) in lieu of school closure due to COVID-19.
“We sure do miss our Lions. Check out our virtual parade coming to you since we can’t be with you right now. Stay safe and wash your hands.”
The 10-minute video begins with Principal Joretha Lockhart shouting “Hi Lakeland Lions” and ends with well wishes from Assistant Principals Laurie Waycaster and Shelly White.
