An afternoon of food, crafts and gifts is planned for the LES (Lakeland Elementary School) Holiday Market from 1-5 p.m. Nov. 17th at the IH Clubhouse, 4523 Canada Rd in Lakeland.
Along with about 30 vendors, Cousins Maine Lobster food truck will be visiting Lakeland for the first time, said Rebecca Cower, co-chair of the LES PTA event along with Kembree Darakshani.
‘We will have around 30 vendors inside and outside of IH Clubhouse,” said Mrs. Darakshani. “Frost Bake Shop (Memphis) is donating special treats for the day.
“Local Lakeland vendors include JLo Pottery, Beautycounter by Kembree, Anna Stonestreet Photography, Nautilus Pottery, Cannon Chiropractic, Cross your Heart Designs, Limelife and many more. We will also have a Lakeland ‘Swag Shop’ with lots of Lakeland school spirit items including earrings and Christmas ornaments.”
Mrs. Cower said, “Cousins Maine Lobster Truck is our food vendor and we are excited to have them out in Lakeland for the first time.”
The Market is open to the community with free entry.
Monies raised from the event will purchase risers in the LES gym and shade structures for the school playgrounds.
