LES has a winner in today’s Spelling Bee

Kate Sheridan won the LES (Lakeland Elementary School) Spelling Bee today (12.14.18) by correctly spelling WRITHING.

She competed with 17 other students in grades three and four through 13 rounds and 145 words to take the trophy.  Jack Gatewood was runner-up.
