The three candidates running for an open seat on the Lakeland Board of Commissioners were campaigning today (5.25.17) to secure their votes in today’s special election.
Maurice Denbow and Billy Rodgers were at First Baptist Church-Lakeland greeting voters and Wesley Wright was visiting residents in Stonebridge.
Voting ends at 7 p.m. tonight and Lakeland Currents will post the results.
The open seat is to replace Michele Dial who resigned in March.
