The City of Lakeland has announced its inaugural Freedom Festival, a brand-new community celebration set for Saturday, July 5th, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lakeland Prep Annex Complex, located at 9651 Old Brownsville Road next to the Lakeland Prep campus.
The event promises an evening of family-friendly fun and patriotic celebration. Attendees can look forward to live music by Landslide, a popular Fleetwood Mac tribute band, laser tag by Laser Battalion, kid’s inflatables, a variety of food trucks, and a spectacular fireworks show to close out the night.
Parking will be available at Lakeland Preparatory School (5020 Lions Crest Drive), with handicap-accessible parking on-site at the Annex Complex.
Sponsored by Serra Chevrolet Bartlett, the Freedom Festival is set to become an exciting new tradition for the Lakeland community. Organizers encourage residents and visitors alike to bring the whole family and join in the celebration of freedom and community spirit.
