Lakeland School System has announced that all schools—Lakeland Elementary School (LES), Lakeland Preparatory School (LPS)—as well as the District Office will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026, due to inclement winter weather.
District officials emphasized the importance of safety, encouraging students, staff, and families to stay warm and take precautions as the weather moves through the area. Additional weather-related updates will be provided on Monday as conditions develop.
