Lakeland families are invited to come together for one of the community’s most anticipated events of the year—International Family Night—taking place on Tuesday, September 30, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Lakeland Preparatory School.

The event, which celebrates culture and community, will feature a “world food court” with cuisine representing more than 15 countries, including Brazil, Germany, and Japan. Guests will have the chance to sample dishes from across the globe while enjoying a variety of cultural performances.

Entertainment will include the Lakeland Prep Choir and Orchestra, a Bengali dance performance, the traditional Chinese Dragon Dance, and several additional acts. Organizers say this year’s lineup offers the most diverse range of performances to date.

International Family Night will be held in the LPS courtyard and inside the middle and high school cafeterias. Families are encouraged to arrive early, as food will be available while supplies last.

The event provides a unique opportunity for students, parents, and the wider community to celebrate diversity while sharing food, music, and traditions from around the world.
