If you attended the Lakeland Prep Band concert you were able to experience something special as the first performance in our new auditorium was put on. The LPS Orchestra now has the privilege to perform and experience the great acoustics in front of hundreds. Make sure to give yourself a little extra time to find a parking spot and get acclimated.
Led by Mrs. Paula Turner the Beginning, Concert, and Chamber Orchestras will begin their program on Tuesday, October 25th at 6:30pm. Before the concert you will have opportunities to purchase snacks (including donuts, chips, an assortment of candy and more). There will be merchandise available for purchase as well. If you have not already looked online the LPS Orchestra have links set up to for purchasing orchestra and LPS gear.

As in previous concerts the Beginning Orchestra will start the program, then Concert Orchestra. Intermission will follow then the Chamber Orchestra and combined orchestras. What is exciting is the unprecedented number of students joining the program thus making Beginning Orchestra the largest to date. Furthermore, to see the excitement of parents hearing their children play, many of them, for the first time in a group setting is a delight in itself. All are welcome to attend and admission is free.
