The Lakeland Elementary School PTA has officially announced its upcoming annual auction, unveiling a special theme for 2026: “Silver Jubilee,” a celebration honoring 25 years of LES excellence, growth, and community support.
The signature fundraising event will take place Friday, March 6, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the FedEx Event Center at Shelby Farms, with catering provided by Humdingers. Organizers say the evening will blend celebration, community, and meaningful support for Lakeland Elementary students.
Guests are encouraged to dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire, incorporating silver accents and Lakeland blues to match the theme. The event will feature a variety of activities, including live and silent auctions, Teacher Features, a Silver Bar, and a Wine Pull, offering attendees multiple ways to participate and give back.
Last year’s auction raised $57,000, funds that are already being used to enhance school playgrounds and upgrade classroom technology with new smart boards. PTA leaders hope to build on that momentum with another strong turnout from families, community partners, and local businesses.
Tickets will go on sale in late January.
