The Lakeland Chamber of Commerce is introducing a new way for local professionals to connect, collaborate, and grow with the launch of Lakeland Link, a monthly morning networking event designed to bring together business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
The new breakfast networking series offers attendees an opportunity to build professional relationships, exchange ideas, and learn more about businesses throughout the Lakeland community before the start of the workday. Unlike traditional networking events, Lakeland Link focuses on creating meaningful connections while showcasing local Chamber members and businesses.
The inaugural Lakeland Link gathering takes place this week at Bryan Realty Group, with the next event scheduled for Thursday, August 13, at Tim Hogan’s Carpet & Flooring. The networking events are free to attend and open to professionals looking to expand their network and become more engaged in the local business community.
In addition to launching Lakeland Link, the Chamber continues its popular monthly Chamber Luncheons, with the next luncheon scheduled for Wednesday, July 22. The luncheons provide members and guests with an opportunity to network over lunch, hear from guest speakers, and stay informed on topics affecting the Lakeland business community.
Looking ahead, the Chamber is also preparing for one of its signature annual events, Lions on the Links, returning Tuesday, October 6. The golf tournament brings together businesses, volunteers, and community members for a day of networking and friendly competition while supporting the Chamber’s mission and local school booster programs.
The Chamber encourages businesses to become involved by sponsoring a monthly luncheon, hosting a future Lakeland Link event, participating in the annual golf tournament, or becoming a Chamber member.
