This month, the Lakeland Chamber is excited to welcome Senator Brent Taylor as the guest speaker for their June meeting. Senator Taylor has been actively working in Nashville, making significant progress in fighting crime and addressing various other issues. Mr. Taylor recently laid out his plan to remove the Shelby County District Attorney, Steve Mulroy, from his position due to ongoing crime in Shelby County. The Senator is expected to touch on that subject among others including and Q&A session.

The event is sponsored by Fireworks City, which is gearing up for its busy July 4th season. The food will be catered by The Owner’s Box, a staunch supporter of Lakeland events.

Event Details:

  • Date: Wednesday, June 26th
  • Time: Arrive at 11:45 AM, meeting begins at 12 PM
