It’s a busy day for #GoLions today (8.22.19) and the community with three LMPS (Lakeland Middle Preparatory School) teams playing this afternoon and evening plus a Spirit Night.
The Girls Soccer team plays Millington at 4 p.m. at Navy Base Hornet Field in Millington. This is the first game of the season after an August game with Houston Middle was rescheduled due to the heat index.
Volleyball starts at 5 p.m. against Elmore Park at LMPS.
The first football game of the season starts at 6:30 p.m. at LMPS against Bartlett.
The LMPS Spirit Event will be from 5-9 p.m. at Pyro’s Fresh Fire Pizza in Cordova.
