There will be a public hearing on two ordinances and final readings:
- Amending certain provisions of Title 14, Chapter 4 of the City of Lakeland, Tennessee’s Municipal Code relating to appeals from the Design Review Commission to the Board of Commissioners.
- Amending the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget, passed by Ordinance 19- 275, as amended by Ordinance 20-278.
There are nine items on the regular agenda including a first reading to adopt the annual budget and tax rate for FY 2020-21, a resolution to approve the final site plan for the Lakeland Athletic Complex and a resolution to approve Ritchie Smith Associates for plans for the Complex.
