Patty Shukla, a children’s musical educational expert, will entertain children with an interactive music show at 5:30 p.m. Saturday (6.22.19) at the IH Park Amphitheater, 4523 Canada Rd ahead of the 6:30 p.m. outdoor concert series.

Her summer music tour includes Summerville, SC; Asheville, NC; Edmond, OK; Huntington Beach, CA; and Thornton, CO.

Following the children’s program, The Mighty Electric St. Jude Band plays for the free LAMP concert beginning at 6:30 p.m. Link to band: https://stjudeband.org/ .
Both events are free at IH Park and sponsored by the Lakeland Parks and Recreation Department.
“The family-friendly event will feature entertainment for all ages. There will be plenty of fun for the kiddies in the designated game area featuring inflatables. There will be also be face painting and balloon magic with Mr. Mike the Balloon Man,” said Mrs. Odom.
Food trucks are Central BBQ and Poplar Tropical, as well as the Snack Bar presented by the Lakeland Parks and Recreation Department.
