According to city officials Carrington Oaks Coffee, which will be in Lakeland Town Square (Highway 70), is expected to open in early November of this year. Fall is the perfect time for this establishment to open with coffee and pastries on the menu. Carrington Oaks Coffee currently has a location in Collierville.
When describing Carrington Oaks Coffee, owners like to say their menu has more to offer than Starbucks and is more like Panera Bread Company. They will be serving coffees, teas, bagels, muffins, pastries, and sandwiches plus more.
The Lakeland location will have a spacious interior and a patio for patrons on warmer days. It is positioned in the northwest corner of Lakeland Town Square, towards the back of the property across from the leasing office. This will make for a perfect anchor as breakfast and lunch provider while other restaurants in the development will offer lunch and dinner. Owners expect their Lakeland location to be open from 7am to 4pm daily. Carrington Oaks will offer Lakeland a new restaurant option for those wanting to stop by for a quick meal or to sit and stay. Either way a welcome addition for residents.
