Bryan Realty has opened an office in Lakeland, their second location in the Memphis area. That according to April Bryan, owner and broker for the real estate business.
The office is located in Lakeland Town Square off Highway 70, in the same building as The Owners Box Bar and Grille. The company’s first office is located in East Memphis and according to the owner that location will continue to serve Memphis, Germantown and Collierville as well as Southern Fayette County and Desoto county. However, with the growth in the Lakeland area, Ms. Bryan saw big opportunities in the growing suburb. “With many of our teammates and clients living on the north side of town, specifically in Bartlett, Lakeland and Arlington, we’re investing to be closer and more convenient for them,” she said. The Lakeland office will serve the north part of Shelby County, including Lakeland, more effectively according to Ms. Bryan.
While the office just opened, the company wasted no time trying to get involved in the Lakeland community, setting up a last minute stocking stuffer event the week before Christmas in their brand new office. “We wanted to help vendors and folks find last minute gifts,” she said. “We are a tight-knit team of local experts. We believe in putting clients first, always doing the right thing, and advocating for our community, clients and teammates,” Ms. Bryan said adding how excited they are to be part of the Lakeland business community.
“We see continued growth across the greater Memphis area, especially in 38002 and beyond,” Ms. Bryan said.
