There will be a first reading on four ordinances dealing with Land Development Regulations.
Among resolutions is one to approve a $1.1 million contract for the Canada Road Bike and Pedestrian Trail project and another for an amendment to The Lake District to replace 64 single family residential units with 109 townhome units.
