Send submittals, 500 words or less, to shorn@lakelandtn.org and include your name, address and phone number. In the subject line, please write the agenda item number and project name, said Mr. Horn. All emails submitted by the scheduled meeting date, no later than 12 p.m. will be delivered to the Commission prior to the 5:30 p.m. Board of Commissioners meeting.

There will be a public hearing on the ordinance and final reading to adopt the annual budget and tax rate for Fiscal Year 2021.
On the regular agenda is a resolution to authorize application to USDA Rural Development Community Faculties Loan funds to finance the city match for the New Canada Road Improvement Project. Another resolution is to approve an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Shelby County for distribution of Cares Act funds.
