On the agenda is a variance request allowing a 10-foot encroachment into the standard 30-foot front building façade on Elm Point Cove.

Three updates are to be provided: The new Planning Director, Forrest Owens on planning activities; Development Consultant Dexter Muller on economic development; and IDB Attorney Al Bright, Jr. on projects.
