The Board of Appeals/Stormwater Board of Appeals (BOA) approved a variance request at their Monday (1.15.18) night meeting at City Hall, according to Cory Brady, planning director for the City.
The variance of the City land development regulations is to allow a 15-foot encroachment into the standard 15 foot front building façade setback.
The property is at 9569 Maple Point Cove in Lakeland Estates and the owner is Mary Nell Wimbs.
