During its April monthly meeting last night (4.16.18), the Board of Appeals (BOA) approved a conditional use permit by Gateway Properties LP, 9550 U.S. Highway 64, according to Cory Brady, PLA, AICP, City planning director.
Gateway Properties recently acquired a one-acre parcel through private conveyance from the adjacent property owner to the north. The property is intended to serve their need for additional vehicle queuing and overnight parking.
The application complies with the provisions of the Lakeland Development Regulations.
