On the cusp of returning to a normal school year for 2021-22, Lakeland School System is excited to be having events that will allow students and parents opportunities to come into the buildings and get familiar with teachers and staff prior to the start of school.
There is no formal registration/enrollment verification day in August as there has been in the past. Registration began in March, but continues online throughout the summer: https://lakelandk12.org/parents/registration-information/
Online payment of fees is preferred and can be done HERE.
The following events are optional, but parents and students are encouraged to come in and say hello:
5th Grade Orientation Nights at Lakeland Preparatory School: July 29th or August 5th at 6 PM (choose one, if interested)
6th-8th Grade Supply Drop-off at LPS: August 5th from 3:30 to 5:30
K-4th Grade Supply Drop-off at Lakeland Elementary School: August 5th from 4 – 6 PM
Also, don’t forget this weekend is the Tennessee Sales Tax Holiday, so you can stock up on school supplies. Supply lists and other registration info can be found at the links below:
