Lakeland Elementary’s Drama Club is set to make waves this weekend with its production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr., inviting families and community members to “dive under the sea” for an evening of music, adventure, and live theater.
The student-led production promises colorful costumes, energetic performances, and plenty of heart as young actors bring the beloved story to life on stage. Organizers say the show is a celebration of creativity, teamwork, and the many hours of hard work poured into rehearsals.
Tickets are going fast. Approximately 50 seats remain for Friday night’s performance, while fewer than 30 tickets are available for both Saturday and Sunday shows.
Performances will be held at the Lakeland Prep Cafetorium on Friday, February 13 at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, February 14 at 2:00 p.m., and Sunday, February 15 at 2:00 p.m.
Community members are encouraged to secure their tickets soon and come out to support Lakeland’s young performers as they take the stage for what promises to be an unforgettable weekend of entertainment.
