Notice from the city of Lakeland….
International Futbol Association and the City of Lakeland Parks and Recreation Department, invites all Girls and Boys, ages 3 to 14, to sign up for structured and fun soccer training.
The season starts March 16, 2019!
Little Superstar Soccer is a exclusive soccer league that strives in the concept of early development and solid structured soccer training for youth athletes, focusing on the well-being of children by providing them the opportunity to learn about the sport, be physically fit, and cultivate the love and passion for the sport. At the same time we look to better our community by building a generation with strong values, ambitions, and dreams.
WAYS TO SIGN UP!
Online registration:
www.lakelandtn.gov/leagues and click on register (top right hand corner). Select the program based on your child’s age and register. You will be prompted to create an account and complete the registration process.
You can view program information by selecting “Youth Programs” and then “Youth Soccer”
Walk-in Registration:
Bring registration form and payment (cash, check made to City of Lakeland, or charge) to
Lakeland City Hall,
Monday thru Friday, 8am-4pm.

Online and Walk-in Registration:
Goes through FEBRUARY 24, 2019.
Late Registration: $25 fee added to registration fee from FEBRUARY 18 through FEBRUARY 24, 2019
REGISTRATION FEE:
Mini-Stars (3yrs. old) – $60 plus uniform kit fee $60
U6 (4-5yrs. old) – $100 plus uniform kit fee $60
U8 thru U15 (6-14yrs. old) – $120 plus uniform kit fee $60
UNIFORM KIT FEE ($60) that is paid with the registration fee includes:
2 Full Sets (Jersey, Shorts, and Socks)
**Uniform kit will remain the same for 2 years, or 4 seasons, beginning with the SPRING 2019 season.
WHEN DOES THE SEASON BEGIN AND END?
Practice begins Saturday, March 16.
The season ends Saturday, May 18.
First game day is Saturday, March 30.
No games will be scheduled April 20 (Easter).
Practice Day and Time are TBA based on coach availability.
**U8-U15 will have an additional training session each week.
*YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH TEAM AND PRACTICE DETAILS A WEEK PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEASON.
WHERE ARE PRACTICE AND GAMES HELD?
Practices and Games are at the Lakeland City Hall fields, 10001 Hwy. 70, Lakeland, Tn.
WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED FOR PRACTICE?
Soccer Ball (sizes below)
Safety gear (shin guards)
Cleats (NO football or baseball, please!)
Water (preferably in a recyclable bottle)
